Production line description

    1st production line - filling / wet part /

    2nd production line - unloading /dry part /

1. Filling line

    • from transfer device at inlet and outlet of stacking of transport frames with forms

    • chain conveyor for moving frames with molds

    • workstation for greasing molds

    • workstation for inserting fittings

    • automatic filling of molds with volumetric dosing / precise adjustment according to the mold /

    • workstation for vibrating the concrete mix /optional /

Production line capacity of filling line 60 sec. One production cycle / two molds 2000x500x50 mm /

Dimensions of transport frames and molds are determined according to customer's requirements.

Size of the production line is about 20 m.

Production line is controlled by a Simens S700 industrial control system, logged in via touch screen control.

Display, additional items - change of vibration frequency, vibration length, etc. possible either manually or automatically.

Not included: transportation, assembly, VAT, customs, molds, transport frames (pallets), concrete mix, grease for molds.

2. Unloading line

 - from transfer device at the inlet and outlet of the stacking of transport frames with molds

 - chain conveyor for moving frames with molds

 - vacuum lifting of concrete fences and setting on a pallet

 - compressed air cleaning and mold turning

Production line is controlled by a Simens S700 industrial control system, logged in via touch screen or remote internet access, additional items are position setting,

interval and speed changes. Control of the line is possible either manually or automatically.

Not included: transportation, assembly, VAT, customs, molds, transport frames, concrete mix.
