The main difference in the production of large concrete products (fences, posts) in fiberglass molds is that the finished casting after compaction of the cement mixture on a vibrating table, is turned over on a wooden pallet, where its final solidification occurs.

Negative point is the quality of the products, which, due to the setting outside the mold, may suffer due to unstable temperature and drafts in the room. In addition, in most cases, the surface of the finished product is unlikely to be as perfect as with other plastic forms.

It's also worth noting a few other features that define fiberglass molds:

• high weight. Fiberglass forms have 2 layers: a frame layer, which provides rigidity and strength of the die, and a decorative, outer layer. It is expected that the weight of such molds will be different from plastic molds.
• not cheap, due to the resource of these forms and high repairability
• limited range of textures
• need for mold lubrication
