Plasticizer dosage GK-09 of cement weight 0.2-0.6% in dry matter.
Example: For 100 kg of cement 200-600 g, the addition of plasticizer will ensure mobility of the mortar from P1 to P5
For maximum effect, it is recommended: plasticizer is pre-mixed with warm water 40-60 C and infused for at least 6 hours.
Application superplasticizer Relamix T2 in the manufacture of concrete products, fences, paving slabs, monuments will provide high mobility of the mixture, improved filling in the molds (plasticity of the solution), reducing the amount of water to 22%, reducing cement consumption by 25%, increasing the strength of concrete by 20%, improve the bond with the embedded reinforcement by about 1.5 times, increase the turnover of the forms due to accelerated strength gain of concrete.
