Example, for 100 kg of cement 400-800 grams, the addition of plasticizer will ensure mobility of the mortar from P1 to P5.
For maximum effect it is recommended:
plasticizer is pre-mixed with warm water ~ 40-60 C and infused for at least 6 hours.
When shipped to other regions Slovakia is packed in an additional bag.
PFM-NLC plasticizer is a mixture of sodium salts polymethylene naphthalene sulfonic acids of different molecular weights with air-entraining and hydrophobizing component is added.
Under production conditions, an aqueous solution of working concentration is prepared from the dry or liquid form of the supplied additive.
Working concentration is selected by the user, based on the requirements of the technology, the conditions of application and ease of use.
Prepare the additive solution preferably at positive ambient temperatures in thoroughly cleaned and rinsed containers, protected from precipitation.
Dissolving should be done while stirring until a homogeneous product is obtained.
Recommended dosage range of the additive "PFM-NLC" is 0.4-0.8%, when used as a water-reducing additive 0.7-0.8% in terms of dry matter.
In the production of the concrete mixture should ensure that the additive is evenly distributed in the mixture.
Additive in powder form should be stored in dry rooms in undamaged manufacturer's packaging on pallets, at +15C
Guaranteed storage life of plasticizer PFM-NLC in dry form is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
