Dosage of plasticizer SP-1 VP from the weight of cement 0.2-0.6 % in dry matter.
Example: For 100 kg of cement 400-700 g, the addition of plasticizer will ensure mobility of the mortar from P1 to P5

For maximum effect, it is recommended:

plasticizer is pre-mixed with water 40-60 C and infused for at least 6 hours.

Superplasticizer SP-1 VP application in the manufacture of concrete products, fences, paving slabs, monuments will provide high mobility of the mixture, improved filling in the molds (plasticity of mortar), reducing the amount of water to 20%, reducing cement consumption by 22%, increase the strength of concrete by 20%, improve the bond with the embedded reinforcement by about 1.6 times, increase the turnover of the forms due to accelerated strength gain of concrete.
