Description, usage
Chromium trioxide, green chromium, is a synthetic pigment with a high CR2O3 content.
High Cr2O3 content and high melting point - 2450 °C
Main applications of green chromium oxide pigment in the construction industry is paving slabs, facade slabs, concrete fences and posts, landscape architecture.
G- 820 is mainly used as an additive to furnace lining in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant and refractory surfaces.
For very high lightfastness and stability, it is also used in the manufacture of paints (when mixed with a cheap black pigment, it achieves many important shades - RAL 6001 6002 6010, which can only be achieved by using much more expensive organic pigments), plaster mixes, paint bricks, tiles, roofing, rubber, plastic, colored asphalt.
