Product description
CONSTRUCTION POLYPROPYLENE FIBERS - CPP12
Polypropylene 12 mm long fibers. Polypropylene fiber prevents the formation of cracks and provide reinforcement of concrete.
Polypropylene fiber is mainly used in mortar, where the thickness of the plaster is 10 mm or more.
Fiber fibers are suitable for waterproofing or repairing structures.
Fibers are also used in concrete where mixing is done by hand or with concrete mixers.
Conforms to ASTM C 1116 / C 1116M - 10a 4.1.3 Type III and BS EN 14889-2: 2006.
DOSAGE
Minimum dosage for concrete - 600 g / m3. Maximum 900 g/m3.
HOW TO USE IT?
For Machine Mixing: - Small amounts of water are dispensed into an empty drum to clean the drum after each batch. Add fiber to the rotating drum. Then add crumb/sand/cement/water to the concrete mixer
For manual mixing: - Fibers are dispensed into a bucket, half filled with water. Water is stirred vigorously, which disperses the fibers.
Mixture of water and fibers is distributed on top of the other cement mixture.
